SHIPPING We proudly offer free shipping on all orders
at www.tvstand.com. The only stipulations are that you must have a
physical address (no P.O. boxes) and you must be in the 48 contiguous
states. Most of our manufacturers will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and
Canada, but there are extra fees associated with such orders. Contact
us for a shipping quote if you live in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii. We
ship most of our products via FedEx or UPS, and heavy products or larger
orders ship through various heavy freight companies. Our products are
packaged properly to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. When you purchase from us at www.tvstand.com, you agree to all of the terms and conditions, including the terms of our return policy . DAMAGE:
The vast majority of our orders are delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, products or parts are
damaged in shipping. If you open the product and find it to
have defective or missing parts, replacement parts will be shipped to you free of
charge. If, instead of receiving replacement parts you decide to
return the unit because of the damage, you may do so in most cases, but
you will be
responsible for return freight and will also be charged a restocking fee, which is usually 20-30% (imposed by the
manufacturers). If, however, the manufacturer will not accept returns,
even due to damage, you must accept replacement parts instead of
returning the item. You simply may not return the item if the manufacturer will not accept returns. We will take care of all damage issues, but we
highly recommend you simply wait for replacement parts instead of trying
to return the entire unit, as the cost of freight makes this a much
more difficult endeavor. If a box
appears visibly damaged at delivery, you
are encouraged to refuse the shipment due to damage, and the carrier
will return it to the manufacturer. After we are able to process the
claim for damage, a new product will then be shipped to you. If you see or
suspect any damage, please take many pictures and document everything.
This will make claims on your behalf possible. Also, please ensure all
boxes remain useable. If boxes are destroyed and become unusable due
to being ripped apart, a return will become impossible, as the item
cannot be returned to the manufacturer without incurring significant
additional packaging costs. With all of that said, we will work
with you to
ensure you receive a high quality product in perfect condition, and we
will work to ensure your satisfaction regardless of how long it takes! RETURNS :
If you place your order and immediately change your mind, you may
cancel your order without strings attached. Just call or e-mail us to
cancel your order. However, once your order has been submitted to the
manufacturer (but has not yet been shipped), you will be charged a $25
order cancellation fee. If shipping had to be purchased separately and
we incur a cancellation fee, this also will be passed along to you as
your responsibility. Once an item has been shipped and/or received, in
some cases you are simply unable to return that item (for example, if a product is out of production, or if the regulations of the manufacturer dictate so).
If no return will be accepted by the manufacturer, you may not return
the item and simply must accept it (this does not include instances of
damage--see above for those details). If the manufacturer will accept a
return, you must pay for the item to be shipped back to them, and you
will also be responsible for the restocking fee, which is generally
20-30% (imposed by the manufacturer). You will be required to pay the entire cost of freight again, in order to send the item back to the manufacturer. When
the item arrives back at the warehouse after being shipped back, you
will be refunded for your order, minus the restocking fee, our
cancellation fee, and the cost of freight (if arranged by us). Please
note: do not rip boxes apart when your desk is received, or a return
may become impossible. Take care that the boxes remain useable, or a
return may become impossible unless you also pay to have the items

site. Because of this, we make absolutely no guarantee regarding the
safety of the products sold on our website. The safety of all products
is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer, and generally our
manufacturers are top-notch companies that offer warranties on all of
their products. We stand behind our manufacturers and are careful to
select only the best, but we cannot guarantee anything regarding the
package you receive as we are not involved in the manufacturing or
shipping process.
